No, we currently only ship within the United Kingdom.

Yes, all UK orders include free shipping—no minimum required.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Email support@mavoni.co.uk ASAP. If the order hasn't been processed, we may cancel or update it. Once dispatched, changes are not possible.

You have 14 calendar days to initiate a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include tags.

How do I start a return?
Email support@mavoni.co.uk with your order number and reason. You are responsible for return shipping.

When will I get my refund?
Within 14 calendar days after we inspect your returned item.

My item arrived damaged, what do I do?
Send photos and your order number to support@mavoni.co.uk. We will offer a replacement or refund.

Do you offer exchanges?
Not directly. Please return the item and place a new order.
